Anita Pendo welcomes baby boy

Celebrity scribe Anita Pendo and her partner Alphonse Ndada, a footballer with AS Kigali, welcomed their first child this morning. The news was confirmed by Ndada, who told The New Times in a phone interview that both the mother and baby are in good condition, and are waiting to be discharged from the hospital in Kigali. “I am so excited, we have been waiting for so long and he is finally here,” said the excited new father. Anita is also an MC, popularly known in some of the local music events such as the annual Primus Guma Guma Superstar. The 32-year-old is said to be ecstatic at the arrival of her son, whose name is yet to be revealed.
